CASA of Saline County

Helping abused and neglected children since year 2000

A not for profit organization that provides trained and qualified community volunteers to advocate for the best interest of the children who are before the court as a result of abuse or neglect as defined by the state child welfare laws.

"Change a child's story."

CASA of Saline County has been an integral part of our communities since 2000. In working with local advocates and leaders, our not-for-proift organization trains advocates for neglected and abused children as they pass through the court system as defined by State Child Welfare Laws.

Become an Advocate

Do you want to make a difference in a child's life?  Do you enjoy helping underprivileged children? Can you adapt to change fairly easily? Are you a patient and understanding? Are you self motivated, loyal and can make good decisions? Can you spare 10-20 hours per month?

Becoming an advocate can and has been shown to "change a child's story." Often times, CASA advocates may be the only stable relationship in a child's life. You can be the difference. Will you be the difference?

If you  answer yes to any of these questions, then advocacy is right for you! Please contact us for more information by clicking the button below.

Make a Donation

CASA of Saline County is a 501(c)3 non profit organization that provides trained community volunteers to advocate for abused, neglected and abandoned children.  Our program receives some grants, however, the majority (80%) of funding depends on individuals just like yourself. On the average it costs approximately $500 to train 1 advocate.  Currently we have 18 advocates serving 65 children in Saline County.

In order for us to be able to continue our important mission of supporting and fostering healthy youth outcomes in our area, we need your help!

If you're unable to volunteer your time, we would appreciate your consideration of a monetary donation.
